Cantina Dell'Erba

Dell’Erba farm is a small business in Western Liguria, located in two different points of our territory. The vineyards from which we produce our DOC wines are located in the Albenga plain while the olive groves of the Taggiasca variety are in the Imperia hinterland at about 600 meters above sea level. We immediately talked about where the company is located, because for us it is of fundamental importance to understand how our Territory has the potential and values that through our work we try to bring out to an ever wider audience.

From the youthful will integrated with the family tradition, our small reality is born that with its products tries to place the visitor within a unique and interesting wine-growing context where the vineyard is not only the place where the vine is cultivated, but it can be a meeting point between the sea and the hinterland, where the interactions can be varied and all with a common thread, the Wine.

Nelle vigne accadono spesso cose magiche. In questa piccola azienda agricola è possibile degustare vini di alta qualità che qualora servisse ancora sfatano la vulgata per cui i vini liguri valgono poco. Ma qui è anche possibile passare incantevoli serate in cui insieme al vino sarà possibile assaggiare piatti sfiziosi accompagnati da musica dal vivo ma soprattutto coccolati dalla gentilezza e dalle attenzioni di Giulia, padrona di casa che vi trasmetterá la sua passione per il vino e per la cura della vite. Insomma informatevi sulle serate in cui la vigna è aperta e non lasciatevele scappare. Se poi avete esigenze particolari di organizzare eventi o cerimonie chiamate e vedrete che Giulia avrà una soluzione da proporvi.

Degustazione wow! Bellissima location immersa nel verde dell'entroterra ligure. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di ottimi vini accompagnati con prodotti tipici. Giulia (la proprietaria) oltre ad essere stata accogliente e gentile ci ha raccontato la sua passione per le vigne con tante curiosità interessanti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo vista la fantastica esperienza. Tornerò sicuramente!

Spettacolare apericena stile pic nic in mezzo ai filari di questa vigna gestita da una ragazza giovane e super volenterosa. Il tutto accompagnato da una buona musica voce e chitarra e dalle lucine romantiche. Super consigliato!

Un apericena in vigna, un'esperienza suggestiva. Vini eccezionali accompagnati da taglieri con prodotti di qualità degustati in un luogo meraviglioso. E poi Giulia, la giovane proprietaria è un gioiellino. Nel raccontare i suoi vini trasmette tutto l'amore per il suo lavoro, la sua terra e la sua famiglia. Davvero un'esperienza da rifare ❤️

Piacevole serata immerse nel verde. Abbiamo degustato ottimi vini accompagnati da altrettanto ottimi taglieri. Giulia gestisce tutto alla perfezione e dai suoi racconti traspare l'amore con cui fa questo lavoro. Complimenti ancora
