For generations the Vio family has preserved the land owned by always cultivating the agricultural products of the area.
Starting from Bastia, the headquarters of the company, aromatic herbs are grown in the Piana ingauna while going up along that sweet valley that follows the Arroscia course to reach Ranzo and the high lands of the province of Imperia, vineyards and olive groves have always been worked .
“The use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers is not part of the local tradition and we have done nothing but continue with the habits of the past. Growing organic is neither a technical nor an economic choice: it is simply cultural ”these are the words of the owner Aimone Giobatta who, together with his wife Chiarada, always believed in organic, certifying the land in 1989.
Today, together with their daughters Caterina, Camilla and Carolina, they manage the various business sectors with passion and competence, from the harvest to the daily packaging of aromatic herbs, from agronomic care to the vinification of the grapes, from hospitality in the farmhouse to that of the cellar.
Over time, the company by communicating in a simple way – mostly by word of mouth – has carved out a significant space for itself in quality production in the Albenga area and on a national level

una settimana faCortesia, Competenza, Cultura, Carisma, il Signor Aimone è fortunato, le 4C non sono solo aggettivi sono 4 donne che rendono unica l'esperienza dell'ospite nella loro CASA. Si, ci si sente a casa, un esplosione di emozioni e sapori. Bio non è il vino, sono loro Chiara, Carolina, Camilla, Caterina semplicemente naturali. (Aimone non averne a male❤️)

2 mesi faLe stanze sono accoglienti, il vino è buono e anche il cibo. Materie prime ottime, così come la gentilezza della “padrona” di casa. Un solo appunto che mi ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca è il “non saperci fare”… i clienti amano essere viziati e dopo la terza volta che veniamo a trovarvi, di cui una con pernottamento e cena non ci è mai capitato che ci venisse offerto qualcosa, anzi anche il rabbocco dell’aperitivo mi è stato addebitato… peccato perdersi in un bicchier d’acqua, anzi di vino!

2 mesi faHo soggiornato con il mio compagno in uno degli appartamenti (suite). La posizione è ottima a 10 minuti di macchina dal mare, il paesino molto carino e tranquillo, l’accoglienza ottima come anche i loro prodotti e appartamento pulito. L’unica cosa che ci è mancata per la sera è un divano davanti alla televisione, sostituito da due sedie a dondolo non molto comode.

5 mesi faSono andato al BioVio sotto suggerimento di un amico e devo dire che ne sono uscito pienamente soddisfatto. Ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza e sorriso, e dopo averci fatto fare un bellissimo giro di presentazione, abbiamo potuto degustare i prodotti della casa. Prezzi onesissimi, soprattutto considerando l'alta qualità offerta. Al momento di andar via abbiamo anche acquistato diversi prodotti da portare con noi. Inutile dire che tornerò ogni volta che ne avrò l'occasione. Consigliatissimo.
